Against expectations 🤯

🐷 Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) lean hog futures rose in deferred contracts at the end of last week on a low in the intended farrowings by US producers. The intentions came as a surprise, since the expectation was for slight increases instead – but if hog prices don’t improve this summer, the farrowing intentions could indeed be that bad.
