An instrument of balance ⚖️

The Economy Minister of Argentina has announced a production strengthening program to compensate swine and poultry producers who were affected by the increase in inputs (namely, food) before the second soybean dollar release.

According to him, the State has to continue dealing with the prices and being an instrument of balance between high-earning productions and smaller farmers which have been hit by drought-related food shortages. 

💸 In short: hog producers with fewer than 1,000 sows will receive compensation of $30,000 per ton of soybeans purchased between the dates on which the second edition of the soybean dollar was effective. For greater detail, read this.
