Dr. Gladue is a Senior Scientist at the Foreign Animal Disease Research Unit, and Dr. Borca works for the Agricultural Research Service of the Department of Agriculture as the lead scientist at the Foreign Animal Disease Unit at Plum Island Animal Disease Center in New York.
