Remember the latest updates, after the US Supreme Court heard the case against it, and a decision was set to come out at the beginning of the next year? Well, the thing is, Americans aren't the only ones who are concerned about the Californian law – Canadians are holding onto their hats too!

🧾 Canada’s pork producers export large amounts of product to the US, along with young pigs. That means the Court decision will affect Canadian producers and processors across all the provinces that ship across the border.

• On a note, however, mandatory group housing for gestating sows is moving forward in Canada and some farms have reported better pig health and higher levels of job satisfaction amongst workers.
