Caught cheating?? 🔎

🇷🇺🇺🇳 President Vladimir Putin has said (again) that Russia was considering withdrawing from the Black Sea grain deal. Why? He accused the West of cheating him! To convince Russia to agree to the grain initiative, a three-year pact was also struck with the UN to help Moscow overcome any obstacles to its own food and fertilizer shipments. However, Russia says restrictions on payments, logistics, and insurance have amounted to a barrier to shipments because it still faces obstacles getting its own agricultural goods to world markets.
