High futures 📈

Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) export lean hog futures closed higher on Wednesday. 

• Firm wholesale pork prices gave support for it – the USDA priced pork carcasses $1 higher on Wednesday than they did on Tuesday. 

• Cash hog prices softened, but remained at a premium relative to futures. 

• As for cattle… Live cattle closed higher. 

In other livestock news, Tyson Foods Inc – the biggest US meat company by sales – said it will relocate all corporate employees from certain regions to its headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas, starting next year.
