🇺🇲⚠️ Not the kids, though, and definitely not after letters written by them – quite the opposite, actually (and unfortunately)... In a letter sent to the US top meatpacking companies, the Biden administration urged them to examine their supply chains for evidence of child labor and adopt stronger child labor standards for subcontractors. The letter is part of an effort to curb the use of illegal child labor across sectors, as the Department of Agriculture is exploring plans to take future steps as well as enforcement mechanisms to oversee the problem.
