No more Quarter Pounders 🍔

🚫 McDonald’s closed its restaurants in Kazakhstan! Why? Well, according to the company, the decision was due to supply issues, and the Kazakh Agricultural Ministry disclosed its link with Western sanctions.

     • Specifically, the firm cannot source meat patties to make burgers from Russia, their main supplier there. 

🤦 Even though the Ministry was willing to help McDonald’s and local suppliers were ready to replace Russian supplies by fully complying with the company’s strict quality standards, the US giant still pulled out of the country.
