𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: Mike Porth has more than 36 years of experience in Corporate Agriculture, with the last 8 plus as Director of Pork Procurement with Smithfield Foods and previous stints at Cargill and ConAgra Foods. His enthusiasm towards agriculture is seen through his professional experiences and his volunteer work with different Pork Producer Associations and locally with Story County Pork Producers in Iowa. Mike enjoys using social media channels to show his support for agriculture and the American Farmer products.
David Bauer uses his 30-years of experience in grain and livestock marketing and risk management services to provide market insights and specialized consulting services to our teams and nutrition customers. Dave is dedicated to creating the most progressive and systematic solutions that leverage producer data, allowing our customers to manage their forward-margin decisions better. He has provided a weekly market analysis and comments to a global audience throughout his career and will soon add a podcast to his communications.
