🇵🇭🇻🇳 Ready to go, thank goodness – and Avac Vietnam! The results of trials in the Philippines show that the ASF live vaccine is safe and effective in controlling and preventing the spread of the virus in growing pigs. The trials conducted by the developer show an immune response of 94.85% and the vaccine is recommended for finisher pigs aged 8-10 weeks. 

💉 The current challenge is whether the Philippine Food and Drug Administration will accept the results. However, after the successful trials, we can be fairly optimistic that the vaccine would be available for Philippine producers this year. For more details on the Philippines, click here.
