โš ๏ธ๐Ÿฆ  The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has updated its guidelines for pork producers on the control of Salmonella in swine from pre-harvest through slaughter. It now covers pre-harvest controls, contains slaughter control recommendations, and includes pork fabrication controls.
